My mission is to first address your painful symptoms and then to help improve your overall health and well-being for a more comfortable and enjoyable life.

How is this accomplished?

 Through better spinal alignment that allows healthy nerve impulses to flow freely through your body.

 Through therapeutic support and treatment to specifically address muscle tension.

 Through simple tips that you can implement daily.

 Through easy exercises to help keep you more limber and feeling better

 Through lifestyle coaching including healthy and delicious nutrition ideas, ways to make you more comfortable at work and in your daily activities, ideas for less tension and increased ease, and ways to support your own well-being.

 Through a trusting doctor-patient relationship in which you can feel free to ask questions and discuss your concerns and ideas.

With over 30 years in practice, I have had the privilege of working with many patients of all ages and varied conditions.  Training and experience have affirmed again and again that each person is unique.  When you come to my office as a new patient, you will have an examination to determine what is causing your symptoms and, if chiropractic care is indicated, you will be given a treatment plan that clearly outlines your diagnosis, why the procedures that are chosen are beneficial to you, how long the phase of care is likely to be, and when to anticipate a re-evaluation to determine your progress.  I use diversified techniques including instrument adjusting, manual adjusting, and drop table-assisted adjusting as well as physiologic therapeutics that are tailored to each person. I would like to extend to you an invitation for a FREE consultation with me to address your specific problems and needs and to answer any additional questions that you may have.  Please call me at 880-1818 at your earliest convenience.  For directions, please click on the tab on the left that says "Our 9 Locations" and scroll to the bottom of the page for a map and specific directions.
